Ohio Governor issues warning, Sister-in-law has “crazy idea”

Governor Ted Strickland held a news conference Tuesday to address the severe winter weather hitting the state of Ohio.The National Weather Service says snow could fall at a rate of up to two inches per hour in some spots, and northeast Ohio could get as much as 20 inches by tomorrow night.
A blizzard warning is up for several counties in the state’s northwest corner, where winds are expected to kick up later today and bring whiteout conditions.

Orville turns two
Yesterday was Orville’s (our baby) 2nd birthday and we had a nice little party for him. Little in that it was at our house and once you cram more than 5 people into it the square footage doesn’t really matter anymore. He made out like a bandit - it’s funny because when I was little I used to think that we had a pretty small family. With mom & dad, me and my brothers we had 5. Add in Grammy and Poppa, Uncle Dave, and Grandma Smith and that was what I considered my immediate family. Now yes, Dad does have a sister - a very sweet woman, but for the entirety of my life she and my uncle have lived in far away places not often visited by the Smith 5.
